Shipping & Returns

Retail orders

Retail purchases are completed through our Etsy shop. Shipping times, costs, and returns for retail orders follow the policies shown on each Etsy listing at the time of purchase.

Wholesale orders

• Payment is due when the order is placed unless otherwise arranged.
• Shipping is added when applicable.
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within seven days of delivery for replacement.
